Adam Jonasz,
is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. He practices Asylum Law and Immigration Removal Defense in Courts across the United States.
In his experience he has been a Public Defender, USA Enlisted Infantryman, Army JAG Officer, Defense Criminal Investigator, and Trial Attorney, he stands out for his empathy for his clients and willingness to fight. He firmly believes in the rule of law and fair play. He has a master's in security management from John Jay School of Criminal Justice, Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law from the City University of NY and was a Certified Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Florida, since December 1999.
In the Army he served in a highly classified position in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and as Military Investigator and Senior Defense Counsel/Trial Counsel (Prosecutor)in Iraq, (where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal) South Korea and Fort Sam Houston. A Legal Advisor at Fort Sam Houston and in Kuwait.
Adam is most proud of his service as an Infantryman, 11 Bravo, with 1/18 INF, 1ST Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, German where he deployed to Kosovo.

Juan Lozada
Juan Antonio Lozada is committed to Human Rights and international Law.
He is a licensed attorney in Texas and has significant experience in the areas of refugee law, international humanitarian law, US immigration law, and is an expert in Criminal, Civil and Immigration litigation.
He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Texas at Austin, with a specialization in International and Latin American Law, a Doctorate from The Ohio State University “Moritz College of Law” and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private International Law from the University of Houston.
He also has a MA in Philosophy and Letters, in International Relations from the University of Santa Maria and a BA in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to this, he has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights from The Academy of Human Rights of the American University (Washington Law School).
He has wide experience in: Administrative, State and Federal Courts, is a former State Prosecutor, former Military and Federal Prosecutor.
Practicing Professional and Instructor of International Public Law.
